Experiential Learning
In your first year, you’ll shadow a registered dietitian. Further into earning your nutrition science degree, you’ll provide dietitian coverage in a clinical setting.
During six different rotations, you’ll apply the Nutrition Care Process to provide medical nutrition therapy in a variety of settings including general medicine, cardiology, oncology and ICUs.
