What is the NSSE?
The National Survey of Student Engagement is a measure used by over 700 institutions nationwide to assess student engagement at the first-year and senior year levels. The data are also compared to similar institutions to determine relative areas of institutional strengths and challenges.
How is the NSSE Used?
NSSE data make it possible to study how students spend their time as well as gauge what they gain from their experiences. This knowledge is used to identify areas of improvement in the student experience at Manchester.
