Goals

• To reach out to the Manchester community and students concerning various African cultures, traditions, food and history
• To encourage students from Africa to share ideas and experiences from their hometowns with the rest of the student body
• To educate the community concerning current political, economic and social issues in Africa
• To dispense inaccurate stereotypes associated with the African continent
